No breakfast. Good location

staff was friendly

request 4 non smoking got 2, only 6 fuzzy channels for tv , couple fighting and I called front desk he came open there door and left had to call again front desk said it’s a husband and wife arguing , scared my children we stayed in 3 of my rooms and paid for 4 rooms

staff was great

very loud and profane yelling starting at 10 pm out side our window. Sheriff came and calmed it down around 2 am. but talking and kids running up and down the hall continued for another 30 minutes.

Shower worked poorly

Nothing. Except that the room was clean. Other than that it was bad. No cable c worth mentioning. Because There was no guide, TV channels had poor reception , no large bath towels, there was only one cable movie channel, thec other channels were regular channels butvI didnt know which one itcwas because there was no guide to help navigate and it was only 4 or 5 channels in total. Would be better served reading a book. And to make matters worse they chargedv25 dollars for early checkin. And its was already past 1:30p. I found this highly offensive. And wanted to charge me a 75 deposit, Even though i was paying with my card. There are many far better places to stay in Lawrence.Whoever runs this place is kin to a slum lord. Fleecing customers trying to keep themselves afloat. Don't waste your time and cash on this place.

met our expectations. arrived late in the evening, basically slept and then continued on with our trip. no issues or complaints. if we travel back this way, we will stop here again. enjoyed our stay.

Big rooms and big bed nice bathroom

I didn't like the noise that was coming from hallway kept me up. Room had cockroaches they came out if you left your food to go bathroom I hated that badly .
