Holiday Inn Express Pigeon Forge – Sevierville by IHG

Super friendly ladies at the front desk! We brought our little dog Rocket and they made him feel like a superstar!

The 2 queen bed with balcony was large and the beds were separated by the bathroom in the center which was nice for privacy. The room was very clean. It was nice to have a small balcony. The price was reasonable for the size of the room and amenities.

There was a little wear from the room being a bit dated. The window shade was not working and a little torn. We had to manually roll it up. However, the fact that the room was dated did not affect our overall stay.

The room request was for a ground floor room, which was perfect, it had both an entrance directly to the room and through the lobby. Staff was very nice and helpful. I have recommended this property and would stay there again. Location was wonderful.

2 things, that were a slight annoyance, 1 there were kids running the hallway 1 night, that is poor parenting, not on the hotel itself. Second thing there was 1 day the hallway carpet needed to be cleaned, outside our door area and whatever they used had a strong odor, once inside room away from door it was fine. I am sensitive to strong smells, so I was not thrilled, but they were trying to get it dry and odor removed with fans. No, we did not make any formal complaints. It was more of an inconvenience when going out and coming back.

It was in good area.

Bed was very hard. Did not get a good nights sleep
