Pet policy at $25 a night is a bit much considering there was no service in the room for our entire stay.

Location and price. Room had a balcony, which in the summer is great!

Food. Breakfast was shocking. (Bland) Room service didn’t come in the 4 days I stayed, run out of coffee pods in the first day.

Well organized staff for easy checkin/checkout.

Breakfast hours start at 6:30a rather than 6:00a like last year, so couldn't take advantage. Room had a tear in the carpet near the door. A/C was rather noisy.

Location was nice

This is the first time in my life that I make a reservation and payment for accommodation using booking.com and I leave the hotel without getting the invoice for the services paid….the hotel receptionist was very rude in explaining that I should ask for the invoice from Booking.com since they are getting the money I paid, not the hotel….I explained that it’s not the way it works but I could not obtain the invoice from the hotel….even if I have paid 2130.56 $ using company card…I cannot justify the amount with my company at the moment ….probably the last reservation I do with booking for this reason…another thing is that during the whole period booked, from 12 to 19 of September, they did not clean the room, not even once. Hence…I do not recommend the hotel.
