Bed was comfortable.

Room had an unpleasant odor.

We were given an upgrade which was great. Room was comfortable, beds were good and we slept well. The rubbish was picked up each day and clean towels left every day. Person checking us in was great!

The floor was not comfortable with laminate. Would like to have some handicapped bars in the tub for support for disabled.

well maintained , clean pool. nice to see picnic tables as we bought our own food to cook on Coleman stove . we took great care to clean up after ourselves. Quiet at night which was great for sleeping .

The internet connection was bad. I didn't get the wifi passaword written on card. Early in the morning there was no one at reception.

Absolutely Nothing...Dark, old carpet brown....hodgepodge of furniture, AC blowing black flecks that smeared if you tried to brush them off the bed cover, pool enclosed with chain link fence which looked awful. yard and pavement, sidewalks dirty. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING. Pictures on Web completely misleading. Shame on you. The cost for these facilities are not reasonable. Also we left a day early and did not receive any refund so that's also poor business. WE don't expect to ever use Booking.com again and would not recommend you to anyone based on this experience as clearly nothing was as pictured based on asking other guests what their rooms looked like.
