Everything was all bad with that hotel never going there ever again

I didn’t have breakfast.

The main lobby stinks. It’s smell like if somebody urine all over.

The rooms are dated, run down, and dirty

The hotel room was disgusting and had we not brought out own pillows, blankets and it wasn't 11pm after driving for 5 hours with 2 kids we would of immediately of left. I can not express in words how repulsive the room was. I have pictures of black mold on the bathroom walls and ceilings. Paint that had peeled off the wall was left on the dirty carpet to pile up. We took lots of photos that we will share of our hotel room. In our honest opinion after getting a hotel like this from your portfolio my family and I have decided to not use your services in the future due to very clear lack of screening. This property needs to be shut down due to its unsafe conditions and overall lack of cleanliness.

Putting agents on the ground to actually go and stay at these properties your services find and suggest for guests. Had I just done a simple Google review of the property my family and I could of avoided this situation.

Good location, beautiful area. This was our second visit at this motel.

Bathroom was dirty, and water leaked from the sink drain. Mattress needs to be replaced. Our first stay here was more pleasant.

I liked the The sheets were dirty in the suite I stayed in, in both beds. I needed a clean space like I had always been used to at that location before COVID. I like to go there to get a shower and wash my hair before my operation. The room I was given smelled like it was in the smokers' area although I was told it was not. The toilet wasn't cleaned either. I managed to get a shower in but nothing else. Seeing that the area in general didn't look cleaned, I really did not trust using the towels in the room, so I had to go out in the cold to ask the front desk for fresh towels. Which they only gave me 1 large and 1 facial towel. Overall, the experience was like a 2.0 stars. It seems they have different management than previous years. 😕

Very quiet place. Refrigerator and microwave in rooms. A lot of parking spaces. Good beds. Staff called to inform me that something was left in the room right away. Unfortunately, what ever was left was not mine. It was good looking out on their part.

Check out time was 11am. Staff came knocking on your door at 9am. The toilet was dirty with pee and pooh stains. There was a few strains of hair in the tub.

Old and run down Needs updating

Room to parking spot location was great. The availability of channels. The bed size. We also liked the availability of places to go and eat or hang out.

There was a dirty q-tip in the toilet paper holder. The faucet in the bathroom was not even connected to the counter. There was a dirty hair band behind the tV that has to belong to someone else. The lighting was very minimal.

Locations met my needs. Room was peasant. Grounds were clean.

The place has obviously been through a lot. It could use a small touch up here and there. Not bad for the value, though.

Very few hotels in this part of town, it’s location is the only good thing:

Sketchy people around, rooms all have ash and burns, nothing much worked, AC, TV, but at least there was hot water. Check in takes 15 minutes even though all paid and entered online.

It was located close to the highway and they let us park our 26' U-Haul truck there overnight. Nothing was stolen from it.

It was filthy and I didn't feel safe. There was cigarette ash in the sink, someone's soaking wet socks on the threshold of the door?, black stuff in the tub, and dirty surfaces. The room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I regret that I had my infant daughter sleep in that room.

It's time to start breakfast again! Quit using the Covid excuse, or give us a discount! The check-in was extremely slow. I had a reservation, as did the couple ahead of me in line, but it took half an hour to get checked in.

Staff was very nice.

Building is old and run down. Toilet did not work. Everything seemed old.
