I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the lobby and room was. Considering that this was a last-minute booking for me, and a low-cost one, I expected some dust or grime and saw none in my room. Also didn't smell any cig smoke which has been a theme in recent hotel bookings for me, so that was especially pleasant. The property was quiet at night, it's easily accessible from the freeway, and super well-located. Breakfast was good and staff was nearby replenishing food frequently. I also really appreciate being allowed to check-in at 2pm.
If I had to nitpick, I'd say there was some trash right over the fence around the parking lot. That's more a reflection on the people using the parking lot, but I can see some people finding that off-putting.

Very clean & comfortable. Free morning breakfast buffet (eggs, meat, potatoes, waffle maker, etc.) and a free shuttle to Love Field Airport. No complaints for the price I paid and the convenience of everything that was provided!
