The property overall is gorgeous !!

The pool was extremely small, spa is a little overpriced.

My husband and I had a great time! Only downside was some of the staff didn’t speak or understand any English

The bed was comfortable

The sound of people slamming doors in the hallway made it difficult for me to sleep. There were some hairs in the bathroom.

the pool accommodations the air condition system was aweful room too hot vending machine broken fridge didn’t get drinks cold there was an empty cup at entrance inside there when I arrived and then hours later when I returned to hotel

Superb

Everything of value you will find here. It's a perfect hideaway or a exceptional for a wedding. The staff is very accommodating any issues the management will make sure your stay is pleasant. All around comfortable , great decor and comfortable room.

They haven't fixed there infiniti pool, but beside that small technicality everything else was fine

The staff were kind and helpful. I got a 80 minute massage treatment in the spa, Shannon was amazing.

The first night the room smelled of cigarettes through the vent. Eventually, the room was changed.

I was promised a total refund; still waiting

noisy air conditioner during our entire stay poor drainage in the shower flooding in our room which resulted in our leaving a day earlier

Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Both clerks at the desk were on the phone and I stood there for a couple of minutes without being acknowledged and I was unsure if this area was the checkin. No big deal.

Decent hotel but will not return.

Room was clean

The rooms are extremely out dated. New carpet was being replaced the hallway which left a strong oder lingering in the hallway. My boyfriend and I wanted to eat at the restaurant and we were left unattended and waiting for at least a menu for longer than 30 minutes.
