La Quinta by Wyndham New Braunfels

Good value. Confortable

The entrance to the hotel was not well planned. Also the view from our room was a dilapidated motel.

Great staff and very accommodating.

The entrance is very difficult to get into.

We had a good stay! The breakfast was good and it was very clean. The staff were also very friendly! Also the AC was excellent! It kept the room cool even though it was over 100 on the days we were there.

Mattress was too hard.

The water pressure in the shower was very nice. The lady at the desk when we checked out was very friendly. Parking was nice and location worked perfect for our trip.

Overall the place was bit run down. The view from our room was the nasty hotel next door immediately outside our window. There was mold in the bathroom and some on the ceiling in the room. The water pressure in the sink was so low that it ran all over the counter if we put our hands under it. The room was so hot and humid when we entered and took forever to cool down. My sheets and pillows were not nice. I went to get a tissue and there was one in the box and no other boxes. The gentleman that check us in wasn't rude but he wasn't nice either.
