Decent breakfast, comfy and clean rooms, good to have an AC/Heater, but it was a bit too loud at night.

Very clean and spacious room. Appears to have been recently remodeled. Very inviting. Quiet.
The check in used a kiosk that I had a bit of trouble figuring out. That could be because it was a new experience for me. Once the service rep got on screen, she was friendly and got me checked in. Kiosk dispensed my room key and receipt, which had needed info about wi-fi, etc

Little Gem in Moab with Clean Updated Room with New Flooring and Furniture. Very surprised with quality of room and service. It was far better than franchise hotels
Nothing. All Good

Perfect location near the entrance of Arches National Park. Clean, new facilities, nice breakfast.

I should cut the hotel a little slack because we stayed during December/ deep off season. But this hotel would need a LOT of slack to call this review positive.
The hotel felt cheap, and not in a "good value" way, but more of a "cut corners as much as possible" way. Check in was with a kiosk staffed from a call center abroad. Light switches were oddly located and inconvenient. The TV was small and had poor resolution, and the remote didn't work. The bed was 'firm' in that 'cheap mattress ' way, and the blankets were thin and scratchy. The window was poorly insulated so the noisy heater/fan cycled on and off all night, swinging us from sweaty hot to drafty cold. (Each room seemed to have a different AC brand, judging by the outer wall units I saw, so I'm guessing they were bought used). The breakfast was poorly supplied (stale bread the first morning, no bread or bagels the second).
Inca Inn is owned by the same company, judging by the "leave us a tip in this envelope" envelope.

Needed to leave a day early for emergency would not allow me to drop the one day off of the bill

Great value. I was surprised when I opened the door. It’s small motel, but it has lots of things. Room is big. Good location. Close to Moab centre and Arches NP.

Good base for visiting Arches NP. Walking distance to town center, free breakfast.
The room was not spotless clean, there was old coffee pad in the coffee machine.

Convenient to town. Moab is a fun town
Room was right on the main drag. Parking was tight. Bed was not very large

The room itself was pleasant
It was quite expensive. The laundry facility was filthy

The room was very clean, as was the bathroom, although it did feel gritty around the door area where dust was blown in under the door, the hard floor is nice. Location is good with many restaurants/bars in walking distance.
No one on check in, only a remote link to someone who didn't know the hotel and directed to our allocated parking space at the back of the hotel twice, before we found our allocated space with the number obscured by gravel at the front of the hotel.. Despite being told an 'in person' employee would be there in 3 minutes, no one ever came in the 15 minutes or so it took to sort this out. On the second morning, the hot water pressure was very low, and water turned freezing cold. The in room telephone was not connected to report the problem. Having rinsed off in freezing cold water, I spoke to the lady in reception, who said that our room was connected to the laundry, and was clearly aware of the issue. if we waited 15 minutes, she said, the hot water would come back on!!!!! My husband did not shower at all. The room was cold, heat being provided by an ac unit in the wall, but to have it running was so loud, that you could neither sleep nor hear the TV. We did not eat breakfast here as we were concerned to see the butter had been left out unrefridgerated in reception when we checked in at around 6pm in the evening, and did not wish to risk having rancid food.

Unable to use washing machine.
it uses 50 cent pieces in the coin slots.

Location! 10 minutes from Arches, 5 min from 2 breweries. We went in expecting 2* and weren't disappointed. The check-in kiosk was surprisingly efficient, even though weird to us. The whole place is solar powered. Breakfast had more choices than expected. Coffee and check in is 24 hours. No carpet in rooms, felt more sterile.
Right on the main drag, a bit noisy at times, lots of big trucks rolling through town. Blanket was too coarse. Not enough outlets (but each bedside lamp has an outlet for phone charging), made "in room coffee" on the night stand so we chuckled and started calling it "night stand coffee", really wasn't that big a big deal. Overall, the place is perfectly fine if you're just looking to sleep and store your stuff while you explore the amazingness around you .

Hot breakfast was good and Andrea was so helpful with information. Having a virtual checkin was different so having Andrea right there at breakfast for questions was valuable.
We booked the budget room because we didn’t plan on spending much time in room. For the money it was great value. I believe they have other rooms beside budget ones.

Location is key. Adventure Inn has everything you need for a getaway and more. I prefer to stay here over everywhere else. The staff and owners are very friendly!

The two queen bedroom was spacious
We received our room and it smelled horrible as soon as you walked in. There was human feces left in the bathroom. We received a second room and there was no electricity--flipped the light switch and nothing; flipped the lamp switch a few times and nothing. The third room was fine, but our dinner was cold after having to move all of our stuff to three different rooms at night in winter (January 8:30PM). We asked twice if we could speak with someone to voice our concerns (there's only an electronic kiosk to check-in. the receptionist communicates over Zoom), and no one ever contacted us. We were also not provided the $5 credit for not utilizing housekeeping.

clean and comfortable, great location in central Moab, decent breakfast
the “queen” beds are really only full beds, but the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a room with two beds. person working the front desk during breakfast was very off, seemed like was on drugs?

location is good. value price for Moab
false advertisement on breakfast -no eggs/meats, stale bagels and cereal tho. Ice machine with no ice. heater in room struggled to keep warm. recently painted room -but paint splatters all over floor, counters and blow dryer. 10 towels in room -no wash cloths. Computer person check in is weird.. maybe if staff was on site they could fix up property better.
