Room had 1 small window over the bed - awkward and no way to block morning light

I stayed at and held my baby shower at Traditions. I grew up in the area and have since moved away, but the majority of my family lives within a few hours of Binghamton. We wanted to pick a location that was comfortable, convenient, and showcased the area. Traditions was the perfect setting for me, my husband, and guests to stay from out of town and join us for the shower. They were stunned by the scenic views of the Triple Cities. My friend from Long Island was blown away by how beautiful Upstate NY can be. The staff was incredibly accommodating on a busy weekend. I was even able to get my hair and makeup done by the fabulous staff at the Spa for a separate dinner the night before the event. 10/10 would pick again. Thanks so much to Alan I. for helping our day go smoothly.

I like the room and the hotel itself is beautiful inside and out
I didnt like i wasnt given the room i booked and paid for and fireplace dodnt work. Cold water knob was broke leak alot of water if toward on to bathroom sink. For the price i paid and received wrong suite it should have aleast a kitchen in there lol.

We booked a couples massage at the Spa first before checkingin. Staff and amenities there are excellent! The Hotel allowed us early check-in which we greatly appreciated.
The Hotel needs some upgrades to carpets and could use some type aromatherapy.

Meals were very good and generous. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Relaxing in the library was very comfortable.
Room was nice except would have liked at least one side chair.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we love it!! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the whole place and the rooms are very clean and comfortable!!

The grounds are beautiful. The food service for dinner was great, breakfast was good. The staff is very helpful and informative.
The hair dryer was literally falling off the wall and didn’t work.

Breakfast was very limited, maybe due to Covid protocols. All boxed cereals or boxed juices. Staff was very friendly.
TV did not work in the room. It was reported to the front desk at checkout.
