Our clock in cards did not work every single day. It was dirty, we moved the bed to the wall for my child and there was plently dust, dirt and broken cups and pieces of food. They moved us and another room. Then that room's toilet was blocked. We were 4 families and all had issues. From bugs, spiders to roaches. There was even an empty bottle of wiskey in the cupboard hidden behind the iron.

They put us in 4 different rooms because the toilets kept overflowing. The pool that was advertised was green because, according to the staff, they let their permits lapse.....the breakfast they advertised turned out to be only dry cereal and they refused to compensate us for our miserable experience. The day we checked out, there was a shooting in the parking lot too soo.......

I could hear all the neighbors. I felt like I didn’t have privacy because the window was right in front of the bed on the ground floor

The entire staff that met were exceptional,very informative and friendly.

The only negative thing I can say.was the floors were dirty.they had been swept or vacuumed but not mopped .our feet were filthy after walking across.we had just came back from pedicures.and bath tub was clean but had rust/lime stains and dirt had gathered on corners of bathroom.

run down. curtains didn’t draw complete. big gabs in door and door jam. no blanket for bed first night no bath mat. breakfast was not good. only one small bar of soap. have to transfer soap to sink and back to shower. toilet flushed poorly. had to hold lever down while it flushed or it wouldn’t flush completely.

Man outside door yakking on phone loudly when we were trying to go to sleep; clock and fridge making noises
