Location was great.
We were down for a family members funeral. After a long ride getting in hot tub would have been great but it was rusty color water.
Then in our room there was a hole in ceiling and rain was pouring on bed.
The lady up front moved us to another room and in that room roaches were crawling on tv stand getting into our dinner we had just ordered.

The location was great. The facility itself was clean.
we ordered two double beds, and ended up with only one. The TV did not work.

Location was good, staff was wonderful, and was clean.
The pool and hot tub was out of order the whole stay, there was a woman taking pictures of vehicles with out permission. Nothing was done about her.

We were looking forward to the “heated” indoor pool and hot tub.
The amenities were not as they advertised. Indoor pool was freezing (not heated as advertised) and the jets in hot tu. we’re broken.

Hate being at the end of the hall made me very uncomfortable to hear the doors keep closing and opening or ppl going up and down on the stairs idk was very scared for a female but i didn't want to complain never want a room at the end of a hallway no more this was an anniversary and I didn't have as much private as I would liked.

We loved our jacuzzi tub in our room. We loved that we could lay in it at night n relax n still see the TV. We loved the free coffee n tea 24/7. N we loved the location it was in.
1st of all we as smokers could not even smoke outside on the property. THAT IS A LIL RIDICULOUS ALL THE MONEY WE SPENT TO STAY THERE. I did NOT like that I found a dead house roach next to my TV the 2nd night I was there. N I did not like that the entire 1st floor of the building smelled like urine. Thank God we were on the 2nd floor.

The breakfast was good and customer service was great
The heater in the indoor pool was broke and the jacuzzi was dirty. These were the main reasons for booking this hotel. Very disappointed

Staff very nice & facility clean
Main reason the room was booked here was for the hot tub inside the pool area, BUT the heater on the hot tub was not working. VERY DISAPPOINTING 😞
