It was extremely quiet, the gentleman who stayed on property was polite, friendly and helpful. Convenient location for us while we visited

The shower leaked all over the floor in the bathroom. (Talked to gentleman about it and he apologized and said he ordered a better shower curtain). This would have been nice to know in advance after traveling for so long. The floors also need a good carpet cleaning. Walking barefoot from the shower to the bed shouldn’t end in dirty feet. Lastly we couldn’t open the window and enjoy fresh air due to the screen being not properly secured. It left room for unwanted bugs so left it alone.

we did not like the Kiosh way of checking in, in fact we dislike very much talking to a screen, truth if we knew that we had to check in that way we wouldn't reserved a room. The one great thing was the manager he was great and helped us doing what needed to be done. He was really understanding . We really feel person to person contact is so much better.

The man who was the maintenance man(?) was absolutely wonderful. He held doors, made recommendations for a restaurant, and was pleasant in every way

I really dislike INTENSELY doing g business with a kiosk. I wish there were a public bathroom

Shower was nice and hot, had great water pressure coffee station had a good selection

Room had a strong odor of mold, strange check in with a virtual kiosk,
