The room very clean and perfect size. Ocean view was fabulous. Just a few steps and you were right on the beach. The manager that checked us in very polite I would stay there again for sure. Never had a room with aa view like this one.

The only thing that wasn't good was the fire place was put of order.

Run down. The fireplace did not work, the furniture was old and the some walls were mold.

The location was great and Neil made our stay special with his thoughtful remembrance of our wedding anniversary ❤️. The private picnic benches and Barbecue grills overlooking the beach were an added bonus.

The refrigerator drip tray under the freezer should be checked more often. It was full of water and it had a very large chunk of ice in it. The chairs provided are too short for the computer desk under the TV and I had to use my pillow in the chair as a booster. Fortunately it was not too hot out but, with no air conditioning, we still had to leave the window fully open while we were in the room.

Clean rooms, friendly owners and staff, all around a good stay.

The price changed from what the app quoted me to when I checked in. Not sure why, but it was over 150 more. I chose not to argue the point as the owner wasn't present.

Wish the fireplace in the room was working

This was truly a hidden gem. I was pleasantly surprised to open the front door and see the ocean literally steps away from the back patio. I found it clean, quiet, comfortable, and utterly relaxing. Also, a huge thank you to the gentleman who checked me in. I asked about dining options in the area and he took the time to mention a few of them, including directions. I really appreciate that.

I have no dislikes.

The host was very kind and provided quick and accurate service. He even gave us a Martinelli bottle for the new year. Gorgeous view from the deck and very quiet and peaceful.
