The location, easy to get to the places that we wanted to visit.

the beds were the most comfortable part of the trip

the pool and hot tub were being remodeled, but that was not described on their website, the highway was LOUD, the windows did not open, and the tv was very small for how large the room was

The staff was very nice and very polite

I didn’t like the fact that there was gum on my bed, and the sheets were dirty on both of the beds

Fairly good location, very modern and clean. Gratis breakfast was IK yr not outstanding.,Would stay there again.

It was clean in the room. Free breakfast is a plus.

Wasn't charged a security deposit the first 2 nights I stayed here, then 2 days later was charged $150 for a deposit which was not expected and had to borrow money from family to cover it. It has been a whole week since I checked out and still haven't gotten my deposit returned.

The staff was friendly and so willing to work with our special needs during this medical trip. We ran late even in the world of late checkout and they remained fantastic! The bed was blissful!!!!

The pool and hot tub were closed without there being any indication of this on the booking website. I specifically booked with this hotel for it's location and those amenities in order to access my daughter if the need should've arisen during her medical procedure all the while being able to entertain her 3 year old son in the pool. Instead her was trapped in a car during the 2 days of medical care while we waited on his mom. There is small amounts of black mold growing in the bathroom.
