The staff was phenomenal! Being able to sit in the lobby and have a conversation with the staff was very nice!

There was nothing to complain about at this property.

They could have supplied paper towel and kitchen towels. We didn't have a hairdryer. No ironing board in room.

Check in was fine people we're friendly got to our room and within 10 minutes of being in room seen 10 cockroaches. Went back to front desk told them what's going on they offered us another room we declined and went home.

HOT TUB OUT OF ORDER, roaches in our room, our shower had no cold water

Air conditioning was great since it was 100 degrees outside. Shower had good pressure. Pool was not accessible for the 5th-6th time in the past 15 years.

Have a nice clean pool since I have not been able to use it in the past 15 years.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for a visiting family who live in San Angelo.

I was told “sorry our chef is out, no breakfast” Tv was broken.

One lady at the front desk was so nice. I had a rough bad day, she was so polite and was helpful.

Door wouldn't open, i had to pull on the door while i unlocked it to get it open.

By appearance the room was mostly clean but there was food in the AC/heater air vent. The room just had a grungy feel to it and it smelled. Most definitely needs updating. We were in between 2 rooms with long term (over a year) occupants one of which put their small dog out the door on a long leash to use the bathroom in the parking lot. Thankfully we checked in late at night and checked out early the next morning or else I would have found somewhere else to stay. Staff was super friendly and the lobby is very nice. Breakfast is make your own waffles though, which we didn't have time to do.

When we showed up it was a travelers best site. Everything I asked for was met and the staff was fantastic, Everwhere I needed to go to was 5 minutes away from this hotel and it was a fuel saver! I will be returning again!!

the room was dirty and infested with cockroaches

The only thing I liked about the property was the desk clerk. Very nice, polite and went the extra mile to get us a room next to the pool.

The pool was dirty. We had the pool guy looking I to our open curtain window. We also had a room where the tv was bad, the bed uncomfortable and the restroom was old and dandy.
