The check in staff( 3 pm on Friday 5/5/23 )and cleaning staff were very friendly. Room was clean and on the bottom floor as requested. Breakfast was good when we were able to finally get some (hotel was very busy due to LSSU graduation)

Desk staff on Saturday and Sunday was very unfriendly didn’t seem to like their job. Staff was not prepared for the amount of people for breakfast on Saturday. Nobody would enforce the safety rules in the pool area, but had a very rude attitude about soda being brought into the pool area. Well our room was on the bottom floor as requested for a handicap person nothing about the room was handicapped accessible.

The internet was borderline unusable. When I asked the guy at reception about it, he just said that's how it is. TV had no easily accessible HDMI port. Room smelled funny. Curtains didn't close properly. Staff seem disinterested and not really helpful. Bed was uncomfortable. Fridge didn't work, even though it was plugged in and switched on at the power board (other devices on that same power board worked, I also tried different ports on the power board but the fridge was obviously not working.) Toilet paper suppied felt more like cardboard. Charged me significantly more for the 2nd night when I needed to extend because of the snow storm. Breakfast options are few. Lights in the room make buzzing noises. Walls are thin, you can easily hear everything going on outside the room. I did a trip across the US and avoided all Super 8 hotels on my travels to avoid these issues. Edit: After contacting them, they did give me a small refund for the price difference of the 2nd night, but it still wasn't the same it should have been.

Convenient location very close to I 75 exit. Rooms were clean & comfortable with refrigerator & great mattress. Bathrooms were spacious. Breakfast was good with sausage, scrambled eggs & waffles.

Pool was not in service. when I booked my room, I requested proximity to a family member’s room. That did not happen.

the staff was nice but we only interacted with them briefly. it was central in the city and adjacent to a good Mexican restaurant Jose’s which was nice. th bed and room were comfortable. there was no usb on the older tv to charge phones but everything worked well.

Close to restaurants, stores and gas stations. Room was very clean.

We choose places to stay based on amenities. We chose this location based on pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not open. There was also no microwave in our room and the frig was not plugged in.
