good location, had a fantastic stay. location easy to navigate the area. clean room, quiet location. close to beach and not crowded. will consider a return visit.

was first time at this area a map of hte area provided would have been nice not just the complex.

Spacious rooms. Clubhouse availability for large family to eat together. Lots of pools. Numerous BBQs available for cookout. Beach area are GREAT!!!

Not being able to sleep due to very loud croaking frogs right outside our bedroom windows. Our room was next to a man made small water feature that had very very loud croaking frogs all night long! AWFUL! Made sleeping quite a challenge! No purpose to the water feature so I would recommend that you do away with it. It’s not even aesthetically pleasant.

No chair or table in this studio. Problems unable to be addressed by staff, since unit is privately owned.

The management was highly unprofessional. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and they leave at 4:30 pm. No one to handle problems after that. Master bedroom TV didn’t work and complained 3 times to no avail. microwave in room made a horrible noise. Had to buy our own trash bags and dish pods. Biggest problem room was not as advertised. Booked a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom and only got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Partying at the pool that was supposed to close at 8:00 pm, but continued til around midnight because there was no staff to enforce the rules.

Location was excellent - a short walk to St Augustine Beach.

I didn’t like anything about this place.

Very small room. Had to plug coffee maker in bathroom because plug didn’t work. Had to crawl behind nightstand to plug in cellphones for the night. Very long walk 3 floors to this room. I would not stay here again.

the beach is phenomenal and the location was great…a little away from the huddle and bustle

the unit was not adequately supplied. it’s right on the beach and there were no beach chairs, no beach towels, umbrellas or not even a cooler. it’s difficult to bring all these things on a plane so we wrongly expected that stuff to be available and we had to go purchase all the beach gear. also the kitchen was poorly supplied. the slider doors were very hard to open and close. so beach was great but the unit was not so great.

I liked the property itself, It was a nice walk to the beach. The studio apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. I liked the location. It would be a good room for a short stay and if you plan to eat out. It is close to all the places that we like to visit in St Augustine.

The room was very small for a studio apartment. There were no chairs to sit on in the room and had to sit on patio to eat any meals there. It was difficult to prepare even small meals and at times it was too cold to eat on patio. Would suggest removing one of the dressers and putting a small table (drop leaf or cafe style) and two chairs in room.

We loved the fact that it was in an area that was quiet and if we wanted to swim or get in the hot tub we could at any time of night.

we didn’t like that the we couldn’t find our build upon arrival, not easily found on own. we had to ask a neighboring villa tenant that was very kind and helped us . there wasn’t any signs in the area to direct to even get to the office for check in!

I liked that it was very clean, had a comfortable bed, all necessities and it had a balcony. Having the efficiency kitchen would have been fine had it functioned correctly, I liked that it had those appliances.

We were room i306, 3rd floor, no elevator. The GFI plug for coffee maker and toaster oven did not work. We moved toaster oven to another outlet after moving the extremely large furniture that cover the 4 outlets and the toaster oven itself did not work correctly. Had to plug in to come on then unplug to turn off. The furniture is to big for the small space and the space could be better utilized with a small loveseat and smaller end tables. A smaller fridge and a small table with 2 chairs.....there was nowhere to sit other than on the bed. Can not access the closet because side table is to large. The volume on the TV kept going out after about an hour being on, we didn't watch much tv but that was annoying. We contacted the front office about the issues and they said they had to contact the property owner about the electrical issues. I'd love to give the owner ideas to make this unit adorable and functional. Overall I liked the unit had the electrical worked properly

The location and interior design. The property was clean.

Everything was as advertised. My only suggestion would be to add signage and post near the sand dunes that indicate Hibiscus Oceanfront Resort near the beach. It’s easy to get lost.

No breakfast was included - would have been nice though! Otherwise great place to stay! Perfect for us!

The apartment was spacious and had a jet bathtub along with a shower. We really felt like we were at home, even though we only spent five nights. The staff were also very kind!

Late check in time and early check out time. There were also several small cockroaches in the kitchen area, even though we kept it clean. Just need some simple traps, and you're good.

the Wi-Fi wasn’t working had broken coffee maker and toaster oven didn’t work . there was no staff to talk to had to check ourselves in had complaints but no one to talk to . Also we couldn’t even use the closet because it had a nightstand in the way .

These are condo rentals, this unit was a studio. It was difficult to cook in this unit, the confirmation email did Not give unit details. So that we could be prepared. Otherwise it was very nice.

I was not made aware that it was 3 floors upstairs. No elevator. With bad it was painful each time up and down. There wasn't a coffee maker. The parking was not clearly explained

The location was great for the money. A quick 10 minute walk out to beautiful white sugar sandy beach. The pools were well kept.
