The bathroom had a strong urine odor and there was no towels in the bathroom and I did not like the placement of the shower ir the pressure of the shower

Nice lobby area

The pool and hot tub were closed as well as the restaurant, toilets and showers in both rooms leaked and water ran all night, AC didn’t work. Bathroom wasn’t clean. The hotel is in need of major repair.

2 light bulbs were not functioning

The hotel was clean and the staff was great.

I booked a queen bed. I checked in late, around 7:00ish. The hotel was full that night, and they only had rooms with two double beds. What is the point of booking a room with a queen bed if when I get there they give me what is available. Grrrr

The pillows were soft

None of the facilities were open. The website was not updated. The whole hotel felt almost abandoned

The common area was nice. location of property was fine.

It’s outdated, the quality for price doesn’t match up.

Key cards wouldn’t work (reader on the door probably was the problem). Coffee pot in the room didn’t work. They don’t serve breakfast in the winter Sun. & Mon.

breakfast food was cold, rooms were stuffy with poor ventilation

We loved the huge open center. it was a great place for two high strung kids to burn off steam after a car ride.

Location and lobby area were very nice.

We were excited about the sauna to find out that it’s no longer in use and it was evident people were urinating in it due to its stench. The AC did not work. In the bathroom one of the light fixtures was broken and on the sink counter. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling as well. Ice machine on our floor was not working. In the pool the ladder on the deep end was broken (huge safety hazard).

Check in took 30 minutes as I waited for the guy ahead of me to make split payment for the month of cash and credit. There was some issue with his total. There were two employees, but one was in training. I would expect the other to step up and help with my simple check in as it was booked online & already paid.

Breakfast and bar crew was awesome and the ONLY good thing about this place!!
