Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick. Really knew what she was doing and got us checked in with no problems. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room was air conditioned and had a television, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Great room for the price. Easy to find and easy to get ahold of front desk as needed.

Lots of door slamming during the night but nothing we couldn't deal with. Parking lot could use some repairs but again able to handle that. Other than that couldn't really complain.

At 6:45 am there was no breakfast out.

Staff you had to wait for. No one at front desk. Stood there for 15 minutes even after I called number that was on wall. All I got was, she in bathroom. Just wait! Beds were horribly uncomfortable! Left at 4am. We couldn't take it anymore! Air conditioner in wall was from the 70s. Poorly working. Fan bathroom didn't work. Everything in room was very old, and outdated and scratched and poorly covered up. No screen for window and didn't open anyways. Very stuffy and hot in room and very overpriced! Bathroom tub had marks in it. Not faint ones. Afraid to use hair dryer.

Breakfast was late and was average just a pastry or bagel, coffee, and juice The advertising sounded like it was breakfast, which I would think would involve more food. It was also not out at 7:30 AM. I needed to call for it.

The amenities offered for example, the soap, shampoo, etc. were very very small. I had to use three bars of soap for the shower.

Nothing..it was dirty overpriced and had roaches
