Location was great for our event.

The toilets were too low for my 88 year old mother.

Room had a musty smell and the counter was sticky and dirty in the room

Clean and the pool was nice.

I told them I paid through booking.com. They told me they needed a card on file and would only run $1 on the card. They instead charged me again for the whole stay. I did not have the extra money available so I was unable to have the full experience for my family because of lack of funds. They refused to do anything for me and explained I had to contact booking.com.

The breakfast was adequate, would have preferred an English muffin or bagel to a biscuit, but overall, it was fine.

Didn’t like that there was absolutely no paperwork in the room explaining anything about the area or the hotel itself.

The room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not bad.

Everything was great!

Food at breakfast oatmeal cold and too watery. One coffee pot coffee was not hot. Bagel was dry.

I can’t say anything I didn’t like, only thing I can think of was the smell in the bathroom had a hint of marijuana/cigarettes, but it didn’t really bother us.

We were exhausted from the drive and we were greeted with bottles of water and service and best of all comfortable beds awaited.
