The pricing was better than other places in Temple, but that wasn't a surprise. The staff member the next morning was very sweet.

The check-in process was sketchy, the rooms looked like they were falling apart and the bed itself was questionable. I slept in my clothes for fear of germs. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off. There were dirty socks stuffed behind our towels. We also didn't feel safe.

No breakfast offered. Had to change rooms 3x. Not worth money.

It was a spacious room.

Not a good environment for kids or dogs. No place to walk your dog. Some people stay there should be in rehab.

I had asked for a room away from foot traffic. I was given an upstairs room and it was perfect. My dog slept well and didn't bark. They even asked me when I checked in if an upstairs room was OK. It was quiet through out the whole complex. The size of the refrigerator was beyond anything I had expected.

The shower curtain needed attention in room 210. It kept sliding down. The information on the website didn't address the pet fee well enough. When I arrived I was expected to pay cash for the pet fee and I only travel with credit cards. This was inconvenient. I like to know what I have to pay right front when I book the room.

The location was good but due to covid, no breakfast.

The booking said no charge for my dog, but clerk charged a $10 upcharge. the bedding and furniture had burns even though it was a none smoking room. The toilet bobbled when water was turned on in shower. people outside and upstairs were loud past 2am.
