Radisson Hotel Fairview Heights - St Louis

Location. I was given a handicapped room and I loved it because it has a walk-in shower and a shower head on a hose. The temperature control in the room was comfortable and the pillows and bed were perfect for a good night's sleep.English. The person checking me in was super nice and got me checked in quickly. The breakfast was nice.

There was dead smashed cricket in the shower. The ice machine on my floor was out of order and was out of order the last time I stayed in March of this year. The sign did not indicate where one could locate ice. I went to the bar and another customer was there getting ice. I asked another employee for ice too. He got it but didn't seem friendly but I'm not sure if he understood much english. I did not get a receipt for my room at check out. The person who was at the desk when I checked out was the same one from last night who game me the ice. Usually I am thanked for staying but he just motioned for me to hand over the key. He was waiting on someone else. I was charged a $100 extra fee which has not been refunded but it may be too soon.

Very clean and great price

Loved the staff! Beds were very comfortable. Cold water bottles in lobby for guests and flavored water. Was great to go from our room to our show in the building.

The group of baseball kids that ran up and down the hallway banging on doors at 1-2am. Super noisy group especially when walking into the hotel. Kids around 10-12 years old were running everywhere with no supervision. Hallway was super hot. No ice in ice machine since baseball group was there. They filled their coolers up. We were there on a business trip and didnt get much sleep because of them. Charging $12 for breakfast. Refrigerator was a joke. Couldn't hardly fit anything in it. No freezer to refreeze our ice packs for cooler.

I like that I could bring my dogs. I just didn’t like that I was charged $75 a day when I understood it was $75 all together and we stayed the weekend.

First of all the bathroom, the walls have pubic hair on them and someone left a wash rag on top of the shower curtain with pubic hair in it so when I open the shower curtain that fell on me and that was disgusting the sink the water didn’t hardly run it dribbled I can pee more than the water came out of the sink. Just the bathroom was disgusting as a good thing that my wife brought a cup so she can wash the walls down and the floor was sticky. Oh, and whoever was in the kitchen that was supposed to be cooking. I only cooked for certain people and she was on break the last day that we were there and was no eggs or anything that was in the pot when we got down there and ate to have breakfast she was making omelettes and not paying attention cause I try to get her attention three or four times to get some hot water and to get some more eggs and she’s already made the comment that she’s already put three things of scrambled eggs in here and she’s busy right now the breakfast. I’m glad it came with our room because it wasn’t worth it. There is no juice there is no eggs. The bacon was old and hard. There was no potatoes the oatmeal or grits or whatever that was. It was old and stuck to the pan. There was no juice or water or hot water or anything. There is a couple pastries couple bagels and that was only at 8 o’clock. I know it was full Saturday, but it would’ve been nice to have food for everyone that showed up at eight not just for the early birds.
