Fantastic breakfast! Very tranquil location, peaceful, great ambiance, very relaxing, the hot tub pool was wonderful and the outdoor facilities were fun. Old school charm. This is always a great getaway for me and my family. The children love it and there are always loads of fun activities!
Couple of the staff can have better customer service to different ethnicities. They could have pictures of African Americans having fun at Villa Roma on the walls as well instead of all Caucasian. This would be move inviting to different ethnicities and encourage more diverse guests that are looking for a getaway to support Villa Roma.

The staff was helpful and friendly the room was clean and comfortable had a nice view of the creek out back. Breakfast was very good in a nice dining room eggs to order along with a buffet I would come back if we go to Bethel woods again
The decor was a little dated but otherwise very nice

The property was perfect location for our mother son getaway and show at bethel woods. The staff was great promptly resolving an issue at check in. We were thankful to receive an upgraded room.

The buffet breakfast was great. Nice views of foliage in that dining area. And the staff were very kind and hospitable while serving. The front desk staff were also wonderful, albeit overwhelmed (there was a long line waiting when we arrived at 9:45pm…but this wasn’t their fault. The staff was doing great to serve the guests).
However, I do feel the price for the lodging is overpriced for how outdated and rundown the whole place is. Modernizing the common spaces would go a long way. As would new beds…. The beds were pretty uncomfortable.
