They charged my credit card 3 times, they said, was declined.. We paid with our debit card. That evening I checked my Discovery card. There were 3 pending charges . The next morning, I requested the hold on my credit card be removed. They refused.

They are so clean, the rooms are nice. The staff is so nice, and will be do anything to make your stay better. We stay with them everytime we go to see our daughter.

Our room was very clean and quiet. We heard nobody making noise. Nice room. My only thing I did not like was it was cold. We turned off our air conditioner, but it was still cold. All the people we had contact with were friendly and nice.

Good Location
The whole place smelled like smoke and inside the room, which was non smoking had a terrible cigarette smell. So bad in fact I immediately got a headache from the cigarette smell that was so bad. I had to cancel my second night, to which wasn't refunded.

Overall experience was decent they should tell guests about the extra $10 that shows up on their card it is temporary and once charge clears it reflects the right amount but had me confused and calling around trying to figure it out.
