SureStay Hotel by Best Western Virginia Beach Royal Clipper

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Our daughter has a cast on her arm and the owner/manager went out of his way to get a new shower head for us to be able to let her shower since no tub which we were over the moon about that. The breakfast was great, small but absolutely filling. The room was very clean and housekeeping went beyond to make sure we had plenty of blankets and towels. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Not beach front but our room had the perfect view of the beach and was definitely beautiful

Some of the tight spots could have been cleaner.

Comfortable beds and environment

In my opinion the faucet needs to have more water pressure and need a bathroom rug too

Ms. J who checked me in is always nice. The was reactive to my issues and responded fast. The location is amazing. Close to beach and restaurants.

1st room: bed broken, lights in bathroom didn't work, ants in room on desk. 2nd room: ants in bathroom, mold in shower, ac units was EXTREMELY LOUD, Big gap under door and uninsulated windows and doors aided in noise from outside being heard. Maintenance person at checkin was very unprofessional to discuss payroll issues with front desk clerk in front of me. He and the owner were very dismissive when I checked out and was describing my issues and why I was not going to stay another night. Makes me believe it was a regular thing
