Beautiful sunrise

Room was nice. needed some updating but clean.

the location is beautiful, the staff are excellent.

no restaurant, it would have been nice to get food at the bar.

The location , pool, tiki bar and dock were all amazing!

Not really any beach more for boating

Small property with cottage style rooms. Grounds are well maintained, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere.

Bathroom could use some maintenance.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom house, the rooms were really nice with comfy beds. The pool is well maintained with warm water. All in all, a perfect stay.

We stayed in the three bedroom cottage across from the office, other family members stayed in some of the smaller rooms on the property. The three bedroom was very roomy, good kitchen with all the basics and full size refrigerator. The king bed was a little on the soft side (but I like a very firm bed), still good sleeping. Made good use of the kayaks, SUPs, and bicycles. Nice pool and docks for watching sunrise. Housekeeping and office staff were wonderful. An extra bonus was the nearby Midway Cafe for breakfasts, lunches and the famous Manny and Isa key lime pies made daily - short walk or easy bike ride. Also easy bike ride along backroad/sidewalks to Bud N Mary's and Lazy Days restaurant.

The location was absolutely perfect. The weather just didn't cooperate so we could use all the amenities available.

Our room had a terrible ant problem in the kitchen. 1 of the 3 AC units was not working at all.

Very peaceful and laid back. Not a 5 star place but clean and quaint

Water pressure was low

Nice beachy bungalows. Bathrooms very an small but tolerable.

Bathroom update.

plenty of space for a family of 6. Great location near shops, restaurants. The back of the resort had a beautiful view of the ocean.

It is a pity that we spent only one night there. Very nice facility for a longer stay. Large, comfortable houses with a well-stocked kitchen. The pool and ocean view are an added plus.

The place is ideally located on Highway 1 and has great amenities, which I was not able to use to its fullest extent, but maybe next time.
