Seemingly, only one person on duty, and never at dssk, pool area needed help, not well-maintained and needed sanitation. The price of the room was astronomical, I understand surge pricing for local events, but this property was mostly empty,

Location was convenient. Breakfast was fair. Waffles were good. Not alot of choices if you are diabetic. Fake eggs. Toaster didn't really work.

Could not figure out the ac Could not check in early. Not 1 hour, not 30 minutes not 15 minutes. You can’t tell me there was not 1 room available. You mean that all the rooms are magically ready at the same time?

Excellent breakfast, large & spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows.

The price....$350 for one night in Cooperstown is nuts.

Location was as expected

For the price - which was $300/nt before fees and taxes, it was not what we expected. Covid is over yet still, there’s no service to clean rooms. There was a tag to request supplies. We put it out on the door at 9am on our second night. At 7pm my husband had to go and ask for stuff from the front desk. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The AC made the room either freezing or then too hot.

Coffee pods and shampoo/conditioner wasn't restocked as requested.

Breakfast was great.

The hotel was not yet fully staffed. It was just reopened for spring. The exercise room and the pool were unavailable.

Eggs tasted like Egg Beaters at breakfast The hallway carpets were a bit old The deep soaker tub was impossible for me to climb in and out of. I have two bad knees, there is no grab bar

Quiet location. Grounds and building very nice. Overall, they present a good breakfast.

Water pressure was horrible. Eggs at breakfast were bad, swimming pool hours were strange.

Rooms rugs kick up some bad allergy. Had to opened window to breathe . Weather dripped down to 40 overnight. Got sick 😫 with open window. Other guest also complain about rug. I Should had complained to front desk to move me. Breakfast - eggs where they powdered?

property was well located, convenient, clean, and spacious. breakfast was fine. used the pool one evening.
