The workers are very good people. I start work very early so didn’t have breakfast there and I didn’t use the internet there.
In the gym, there is are missing weights. There is not a full set of dumbbells.

Ben the overnight desk clerk was amazing. He went above and beyond to remedy the error made by booking.com
Very disappointed that the 2 queen beds that we had reserved was not actually available due to the system allowing the reservation. I had traveled over 4 hours with my 16 year old and 15 year old kids.

Loved the closeness to the nightlife. Balconies, rooms, beds, value for money.
Pool and hottub need major upgrades.

Staff was very nice.
The whole hotel smelled of musty cigarettes. The shower had hairs in the drain and on the walls. We rented a room with the jetted bathtub and the jets did not work, which is why we wanted that room. Not to mention the water when filling the tub before I found out they didn't work was brownish orange, it looked like pee water. The furniture was extremely outdated and stained.
