We were able to have first-floor access.

The outside of the hotel was dirty, and the door we had to access the building to our room had garbage thrown all over the sidewalk and grass. You have to drive around the buildings if your room is not located in the building that has the lobby. Our room had a glass of some sort burnt into the carpet right by the bed, so I had to make sure I was cautious of where stepped. You have to pay $10/day for parking. Our bathroom had a wad of hair behind the toilet that was definitely not from us.

This was very well located for the event at Meydenbauer Center that we attended. Staff was excellent and accomodations were good for a very good price.

Only complaint was that there was no elevator. My husband uses a walker so we were limited to first floor and had to drive around to front to pick up breakfast.

Staff was nice. Liked available snacks at counter. Convenient to buses. Liked mini fridge in room. Breakfast bag had a lot. Liked big comfy chair.

Didn't like room with sliding door. Hard to relax thinking anyone could walk up to it. Curtains looked old and stained. Never found vending machine map showed at end of hallway.

Key card didn't work well, side by the highway had significant traffic noise.

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping never came to my room. I left by 9a.m. daily for 3 days, and they never once entered my room.

no much, maintenance very poor appearance of the building, very dirty the difference between a good hotel and this very lower class was only $23.00 lesson learned i would not book this hotel at all

Ice machine was broken. No elevators. Couldn't find staff to get towels. Breakfast sucked. Would not stay there again.

hotel was sold for develoment! garbage and dirt overrun the graounds, pool green and out of service, breakfast service now a muffin in a bag, security lock no longer work.
