There was a lady at night that was rude told me that pool was working and open but when we got there pool was not working didn’t work the whole time we was there. Where you pull up at hotel was had yellow caution tape bc ceiling was falling in. Housekeepers never came changed sheets or bring clean towels. We had go ask for them. And lady on night said she didn’t know where the towels or sheets was which was a lie. We took our on trash out and changed our own sheets. The manger was very nice. I would not stay there again . Would not want any of my friends or family stay there nothing

Was not good from beginning. Was told about a $150 cash deposit AFTER we got there. Was told the pool was not heated but hot tub was ok. It wasn't. It was cold too. Cold breakfast, no extra blankets and an empty syringe on top of the mini fidge.

The first room they gave us wasn't clean had holes in the wall the beds were not made n a chair sat on the bed. The second room I found the comforter on the floor when it was supposed to be clean plus the heater was broke in the poil

Bathroom toilet wobbled, shower wasn't working right. What looked like fleas around sink and ver lacking breakfast

Absolutely nothing

Where to start? None of the side entrances had working security locks. Anyone could walk in or out at anytime of the day. Our room had a dead bug in it. Accessing the Wifi is a pain. Not a single working ice machine. The drink dispensers in the breakfast area were out of order. There were juices in the fridge, but they were frozen, This place should be shut down until all the problems are fixed. I may never stay at another "Quality" Inn again.

While it was evident painting and carpeting were new. Curtains and black out drapes were full of holes creating a shabby appearance.

Most of the breakfast equipment was out of order . The counter was a mess . Then on Sunday went to get breakfast and there was no one there and no breakfast .

The price was right. Just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Didn't have high expectations.

Property is messy. There is old room stuff sitting outside. Furniture, mattresses etc. Room tub drain was slow. Ended up standing in a couple of inches of water by the time I finished my shower.

The layout of the hotel, this place used tp be beautiful. James the supervisor was great as was the evening housekeeper.

This once was a beautiful place. Sadly it appears to be poorly taken care of. Front desk staff, if they look up from the phone or pc, barely acknowledge you. A large garbage can in the halls was literally overflowing with trash and had bags of trash next to it. Had to request for housekeeping to come and bring new sheets as well as sweep in one room due to dirty/stained sheets on the bed and large clumps of hair under the sink area. The one supervisor was very apologetic and housekeeping came right away. She was lovely and also apologetic. However, I think a change in management may do this place some good.

The room was clean and comfortable. My wife and I stopped here en route to and from our vacation destination. Good location just off the highway and plenty of restaurants very close by to eat at. Not to mention having a gas station right next door for snacks and early morning gas up was a big plus. The pool and spa were nice and the water was clean and clear with complimentary bath towels. All and all a really nice stay for the price.

Our room had a chair with a client that was torn that you can't sit on the curtains were old ripped stained. The light switch beside the door was missing the panel and had exposed wires hanging out of it. Our room was next to a facility that had an outside generator running that we heard all night.
