The room was good, location was fantastic. It was on the other side of the street of Sawgrass Mill Mall. We had a rental and everything was near by.

I ordered a few things online and had them delivered to the hotel. The hotel charged me 10 dollars per package.

The staff I spoke to didnt tell me the taxi was a free service and I booked lyft to get around. I asked the staff for late check out by only an hour and I was flat out denied! even after I said my flight was delayed

Proximidade com o Shopping Sawgrass. Estacionamento sem custo. Quarto espaçoso. Os cookies de boas vindas são deliciosos.

Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, banheiro amplo com shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido no estilo refil dentro do box, muito bom. O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas achei bem confortável e agradável minha estadia.

El desayuno y las señoras que trabajaban en el restaurante fueron muy amables.

Hicieron un rebajo de un desayuno (cuando toda nuestra estadía tenía el desayuno incluido) al depósito que dejamos. Yo soy viajero frecuente de Booking y este tipo de acciones me hacen no recomendar este hotel a nadie. Para que no les pase lo mismo que a mi, les recomiendo reservar otros lugares. Además, hotel es muy viejo. No se le da mucho mantenimiento ni a la infraestructura ni a las habitaciones del hotel.

La habitación no la habían limpiado, las mesas con marcas de comida, las sábanas con manchas, las alfombras sucias viejas y manchadas.

Cerca a los puntos de compras, la piscina y el gimnasio muy bien, ambiente limpio, camas muy cómodas, el personal que atiende en el restaurant muy amable, un señor muy servicial, bonito hotel, tal cual las fotos. Con mucho gusto volveríamos a hospedarnos, ambiente seguro y agradable para hospedarse en familia. Hay un Starbucks en el hotel 😀

Un par de noches pusieron una especie de motor frente a la puerta del cuarto que hacía mucho ruido en la noche (no se para que servía) A parte un día las sábanas de las camas sólo las estiraron, no tendieron las camas como debería ser, las almohadas las pusieron como cayeron. Aunque tuvo un par de cosas negativas no lo hace un mal establecimiento, nos gustó muchísimo, en general fue muy agradable hospedarnos en el hotel. Sí volveríamos con gusto.

Rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable, the Climate system functioned well. Didn't like having to use my keycard to use the elevator, but security is important. However when entering with other guests most swiped their cards and ask which floor we wanted. Makes the requirement for a key card a joke.

I was never able to find a way to enter my HONORS number in to record my stay. Should be automatic!

Excellent location to attend Panthers game.

Check in was 4 pm, however when we arrived at 4:30 pm our room wasn’t ready so had to wait 1 hour.

A cama do quarto era simplesmente PERFEITA! Conseguimos um ótimo descanso.

Room appeared clean and staff was very kind.

The bed in the room was very hard, and the pillows were awful, so flat like pancakes we didn't sleep well at all. Also, the rooms AC didn't seem to cool as well as we would have liked it.

Pool was enjoyable. Starbucks was convenient but a bit pricey.

Waited forty minutes to get to check in. Then told room wouldn’t be ready for at least forty five minutes. Then told I would get a text when room was ready. Did not get that text. But while I was at dinner, got a text asking if my room was ok. Entry light to the room did not work, as well as the lamp behind the chair.

Las camas muy cómodas, la limpieza bien, a 15 minutos caminando al mall, en general súper bien.

La atención no es muy buena, poca claridad para el tema de desayuno y horarios. Las mucamas llegan y entran a la habitación muy temprano para la limpieza y luego ya no vuelven más, deberían preguntar antes horarios que nos acomoda que hagan la limpieza.

Excelente atendimento! Fomos muito bem acolhidos pela equipe de colaboradores, de forma especial pela Jessica que foi gentil, prestativa e paciente. O hotel tem excelentes instalações, limpas e confortáveis. Passamos dias excelentes e perto de tudo o que queríamos conhecer. Fica muito próximo ao outlet.

Le falta modernizarse un poco sobretodo puertas muy malas no funcionan bien

La ubicación, muy cerca del mall y que tiene parking gratis. El personal que atiende, son muy amables y orientan adecuadamente.

Deben darle un mayor mantenimiento a su piscina, de realizarlo ganarán muchos puntos.

Great location just next to Sawgrass Mills! The staff was very helpful and we had everything we needed for one night stay. The beds were very comfortable.
