Ruby River Hotel

I love the location

There are always people smoking pot in the rooms. I wish the hotel would stop that

The pools and amenities were amazing! And, being right on the Centennial Trail and close to Riverpark was perfect.

The rooms were a little basic. The mattress and pillow seemed old.

Check in/out is always easy and quick. The room was clean and comfortable.

The barista for the espresso bar had called in sick. I was fine with having regular coffee, especially with it being complementary (those in room machines are AWFUL). But perhaps consider cross training another employee on the espresso bar for situations like this.

Well, the air conditioner in my room was very efficient, and the beds were extremely comfortable

Well, that somebody in the parking lot hit my rental car and it was a small dent and a big scrape and in the middle of the night it was like close to 4 AM. The smoke alarms went off in the building and they stayed home for quite a while and we didn’t know if we should exit or what was going on, but after that, I didn’t get any more sleep, and there was a lot of racing and a lot of traffic and a little bit noisier than I would’ve liked, but it was OK- also I paid for a upgrade for or more expensive room for the view of our at least having my room on the side of where the river was and when I checked in, there was none of those rooms available, and they never bothered to credit me for the difference
