Check out time

It was a slug in my room. Asked for blueberry muffins for breakfast and received chocolate chip for the family. House keeper rude. Bath tub was dirty and bathroom door was broken.

So we loved staying here. The older lady that works overnight at the front desk and the older gentleman that works second shift at the front desk was fantastic. They are the reason we keep coming back. Keep up the great work y'all!

First off that b**** that works morning shift at the front desk with the blonde hair needs to have her attitude checked. (Sorry for my language) I have never in my life been treated like that as soon as I open my door for a worker. She was extremely rude and had the worst attitude ever. After I even tried being polite and letting her know we had a late check-out at 12 (check-out is usually 11) she raised her voice at me and said that they never do late check-outs even though it was her boss that okayed it. That woman needs to be fired before she runs off all your guest with her hatefulness. Lastly our room we stayed in the shower head sprayed the ceiling so much it causes mold on it.

Nothing! It was HORRIBLE!! THEY STOLE ALL MY PROPERTY!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY. DIDN'T REFUND MY 200 WORTH OF DEPOSITS. I'M HAVING TO DISPUTE THIS ON MY CREDIT CARD I AM JUST DISGUSTED! I WAS TREATED HORRIBLY

Everything! The stealing. Going in my room when I wasn't there. Stealing money off my card!

the best I can say is the location was convenient.

where do I start? upon check in they had a word document pasted to the plexiglass barrier that said I needed to pay a $100 refundable damage fee, either cash or on a debit card. I told the desk clerk and eventually manager that I was not paying it. They waived the fee when I told them I was going to cancel the reservation and would contact American Express and USAA to cancel the room and any fee associated. when we got to the room, completely out dated; not sure where they were using previous damage deposits because the sofa was ripped in several places, stains on the sofa and room carpeting. not sure who is quality checking housekeeping, but there was food from a previous occupant. went to a local restaurant for dinner, when we came back to the room, there were roaches in the bathroom and main area near the bed. would have also been nice to know that there were renovations going on in the small lobby and breakfast area; no hot breakfast, only a bag breakfast if you wanted a muffin and a piece of fruit.

Upon check-in I was unaware that there was a $100 deposit which was not an issue but I didn’t get it back as they stated I had done something to the already trash room.Very disappointing with the staff and the building.

There were bugs in the bed. When I told the ladies at the desk about them, I heard the one woman comment that they didn't have any bugs, without ever looking. I don't appreciate being called a liar.

The facility was remodeling very disappointed in the breabreakfast offered, and price the hallways were cluttered with materials.
