- Wifi is stable for my video calls and meetings. - I like that when I put a do not disturb sign there was no one disturb me to clean the room while I was working/in a meeting. - I like that they have a pool. I also like that there was someone at the counter early in the morning (5:30 am) when I check out. - Water is also great (sink/bath), no issue of not having hot/cold water. - A block to prevent water splash at the tub is a great idea to have. - Toilet has no issue flushing and backup toilet paper is provided. - Heater/AC works great although a bit noisy. - Has luggage stand available as well as hangers and a hair dryer. - Plenty of towels although I didn't need that much. - Bed and pillow is comfy and clean. - Able to use the side door at the end of the building makes my journeys more convenience. - Location next to Elmer's is a good choice and bus stops are available nearby. - Plenty of parking. - Dog allows is a plus. - Love the sign up front next to Elmer's too as the light from the sign also helpful when drive into the parking lot.

- The elevator after shampooing still smell weird and quite stink. - There was no mini fridge in the room to store my left over. - The sink doesn't have something to prevent things from falling into the drain. - I need to carry extension cord and use it as the outlet is pretty far from the table by the window. - Remote TV is confusing and hard to navigate. A list of programs and channel number would be great. - I wish we can access the side door from outside using key card (it was not working). - The location is a bit far from downtown so after the bus stop running it was quite a walk. - The outside in front of the hotel was not super clean and sometimes weird people sitting there makes me nervous and feeling not quite safe. - Can hear others in next room from time to time is not great for someone who have hard time sleeping or want some more privacy in their conversations. - Some stuff in the room might need maintenance (e.g. multiple light switches that leads to nothing happen, lamp shade fall off, loud heater/AC, etc.) - Lots of tiny soaps and bottles (and possibly breakfast grab & go) still comes with plastic packages that cannot biodegradable, which should be switched to something more earth friendly.

The people who work there are very, very nice!

A little maintenance would be beneficial. Make sure the rooms don't have ants... Maybe remove the old cars that are growing moss.

Not much went well. This motel is in need of a major rehaul. Wouldn't ever stay there again.

Everything could have been better. This hotel is totally dated and didn't feel safe. Carpets are filthy. Rooms are dated and stale. Homeless were hanging around outside. Elevator was broken.

for $225 a night this was a poor excuse for a hotel. The bed sheets were dirty, pool was dirty and we had to ask to even use it. also freezing cold inside. Breakfast was a granola bar. Front entrance was a mess and staff was scattered and un helpful.

The price was in budget. That's about it for positive.

No hot water. Handles for water were reversed. Too few electrical outlets. Booked a queen, size of a full. Neighborhood isn't the best.

Soft beds and pillows

The entire facility is gross. Dirty carpets and the homeless hanging around makes you feel unsafe

Room wasn't cleaned, the fridge had mold and the floors weren't vacuumed. The reception clerk was missing when we arrived and came from upstairs after we were waiting for 20+ mins. There where homeless living by the bikeracks, the car lots security cameras where going off all night.

The staff were all really nice, friendly, and helpful. Free parking. free breakfast. Our 2 queen bed room was very spacious. Close to everything including restaurants and Oregon State University.

Rooms desperately need to be remodeled. At times we couldn't turn off the sink all the way. There was only one working outlet in the room.

The bed was nice and the AC unit worked well.

This entire hotel needs a renovation. Old leaks in the bathroom has caused the drywall to fall apart. Missing furniture and no microwave. Stains was the walls. The two pieces of art in the room were the same photograph. Carpet was really gross. Elevator skipped the 2nd floor when both 2nd and 3rd floors were selected. And the hallway on the 2nd floor smelled of old cigarette smoke. And the pool was closed, even though it was in the mid 80's.

Comfortable beds

Very ole and needs updating. Carpets in the hallways are grungy and floors and doors in bathrooms are grungy. Housekeeping did their best to clean un-cleanable spaces. Breakfast is a paper bag of pre-packaged items. TV is ridiculously small.

The place was filthy and smelled like urine. The water faucet in the sink vibrated when I tried to use it and very little water came out.

Perfect location for the long drive back from Crater Lake.

When the reserved the room it said that breakfast was included but in the morning there was no breakfast and the breakfast room was closed. The ac vent kept closing and had to jimmy it open with some paper.

The bed was extremely comfortable, Nice room, Did not get up in time for breakfast, Good Staff, Pool was cold, good stay overall
