Our family booked 4 rooms, because we were in town for a wedding. The manager Mr. Wilson was VERY accommodating and patient. We asked to have the rooms close together and he did that for us. We asked if we could use the breakfast room in the evening so all of my family (17 people) could visit comfortably together, and he readily agreed. I asked to use the pool when I booked the room and Mr. Wilson initially said the pool was closed because of the colder weather, but quickly said he would open the pool for my family. The breakfast was very good and always well stocked. The staff were friendly and very accommodating as well. Nothing negative at all. I’d have literally stayed in hotels all around the world and no one has ever exceeded my expectations, but Mr. Wilson and his staff sure did.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work, but there was an ice machine on the first floor that worked great.

I book this hotel every month or so for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loves to swim so I bring her for that sole purpose.

The pool was filled with teenage/pre teen idiots jumping , splashing and diving ) in 5 ft of water) Someone from the hotel should have monitered the pool area and removed the ones causing the issue. The man at the front desk may as well sit there and sleep all day he is no help at all. So the only reason we stayed wa sto use the pool and we werent able to because of the non sense that was occuring. I wont stay again we will find a hotel that monitors their property
