I do not book through Boking.com I called the hotel mysefl and then find out the reservations went through I do not want my reservations through booking.com i do not knowo how it was transfered to booking.com

got the suite and it was spacious

bit outdated and therefore super difficult to keep clean. little out of the way from the main stores/ restaurants.

Size of the room is amazing. The views are perfect.

the shuttle bus frequency is not enough.

No dinner options at the restaurant, the bar was closed, and the breakfast offering was meager. Considering the cost, I'd have expected significantly better.

Location was good.

The shower rod in our room was falling off the wall. I reported it twice and nothing was done. The staff could have been more helpful and professional. The mattress was terrible. For the price I would expect more.

The views were beautiful being directly under Lone Peak. The accessibility to our nearby wedding venue & proximity to Yellowstone and other areas we wanted to explore was great. The kitchenette was a welcomed touch.

The breakfast was ridiculous. Eggs excessively runny sitting luke warm water, meats were not kept to temp, coffee was disgusting, thankful for the cereal at least. The room had portions of the carpet torn, ceiling & walls had holes & torn paint, windows unclean, poor water pressure.
