They cancelled our reservation without notice because they booked the whole place for migrants. We drove 6 hours to get there, only to learn that we didn't have a reservation anymore. No email, no text, nothing. What a lack of respect. We were lucky to find something quickly, specially with 3 kids. Pretty mad we had to pay double what we were supposed to. Super 8....never ever again

They kicked me and a bunch of other people who live there out to house migrants! So that's nice. They also HAVEN'T GIVEN ME MY REFUND FOR THE DAYS I PAID FOR THAT I WAS KICKED OUT FOR! COMPLETE BS!!

The people at the front desk rude and nasty and should be trained on customer service… sadly they should already have it with common sense they look miserable also !!! Ohh and I pay 100% no social service not that that should matter but it was a question that shouldn’t have been asked !!!!!

The breakfast and how I was about to get some rest. House keeping was good
The bathroom walls and shower curtain needs changing and the floors need to be vacuumed. The male manager was rude about using the trey for my food when I was on the second floor

location everything is 15 minutes away with Schenectady and Albany
water pressure stinks, wallpaper is peeling at the seams and the carpet is dingy, plus the upstairs middle constantly smells of hemp or marijuana
