Very nice, clean, everyone was awesome

It was an all around great experience. I have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. The location was fantastic. Everything was just awesome from check-in to check-out. I was extremely pleased.

I wish we could have stayed longer and I wish I had asked for a suite.

Wonderful hot breakfast, clean, and friendly staff.

Heard highway noise, and king-sized bed had small standard sized pillows.

I was given a room with 2 queen beds and one chair. Since i had registered as 2 Senior adults, one chair was not practical for us. The manager changed our room to a suite with a couch. As we were leaving, we found out that prisoners were being housed on the 4th floor. We were not made aware of this at check in. We had noticed at least 6 people that were thought were police but turned out to be prison guards.

Breakfast was amazing: Eggs (with picante or cheese toppings), 2 kinds of sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit, prepared mixed fruit salad, oatmeal, choc chip mix ins, granola, flavored light/fit yogurt, dry cereal, toast, coffee & juice. Vera sings while she works...great voice. The staff at check in/check out was very efficient and helpful. Room was sparkling clean (Kayla) & the bed was very comfortable. Slept well. Felt safe. Flower beds/exterior were as well-maintained and updated as the inside. Impressed.

The property was clean, comfortable and peaceful! Check in was simple and it was easy to get my stuff up to my room. The room was cozy. The bed was comfortable and I was able to relax and rest.

The caulking around the shower needs to be updated because it will cause water damage in the walls and will result in mold which will cause health problems

For the most part, it was pretty clean.

The fan in the bathroom did not work.

The closed the hot tub down which was one reason we picked this place but they still had the pool. Lots of workers were staying there so parking was hard with all the big trucks there.

Mold in bathroom, noisy a/c, pool was green and closed indefinitely, lousy breakfast, worn carpet in room outside bathroom. Didn't feel safe.

My room was adequate. It was spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast was top notch. Lots of hot and cold options for eating and drinking. The staff was very helpful and friendly and answered all my annoying questions.

Only 2 things I didn't care for and they are only minor-1. Not all the side entrances were accessible from the backside of the property. I got back to the hotel very late one night and had to park in the back. The side entrance I was closest to was out of order. So I had to walk around the entire building to get to the front entrance. Even though the area was lit, it was not ideal after midnight in the dark alone. 2. My room had a weird smell. I couldn't quite identify it, but I'm thinking since they had an indoor pool that it was the chemical smell of the chlorine mixed with something else. Wasn't overpowering, just weird.

The easy booking, great location. Price was excellent. The common rooms & the guest room were clean & well stocked. Each staff member I encountered was friendly, & seemed to enjoy being there. Nathan was especially helpful when I checked in late at night. The breakfast was awesome. They had 3 varieties of hot coffee, plus hot water , milk & juice. Several cold cereals & bagels. Hot oats, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, plus biscuits & gravy and a waffle maker. Also a variety of fresh fruits. I can't think of anything else I could ask for!

The room was very cold when I got in. , but the thermostat adjustment responded nicely.

It was in a great location and everything looked clean and the breakfast was very good.

The stay was great as alway.

Booking didn't transfer my reservation to the property. When I got to the property to check in, my reservation wasn't there. So they had to may another reservation. After I checked in later, another staff retrieved Booking.com reservation on another database. With that being said. I was charged a different amount after checking instead of the booking.com price. I don't know who owe me almost 20.00 dollars, but I was overcharged.

Location. We only need a place to sleep then hit the road so location was great.

My only complaint is that the pillows were too giving. I needed more support.
