The Block Hotel Bentonville

Location - comfortable bed - good breakfast

Noisy AC unit

The staff!

The first room we were in had an issue of mold in the sink-I am super sensitive ( my husband didn’t notice a problem!). We had booked one of the last rooms, the staff were understanding and helpful, to the point of asking a housekeeper to stay late so they could move us to another (upgraded!) room. We loved having a Starbucks and food truck in walking distance. Turning left onto Walton Blvd was a bit daunting… but not enough to keep us from booking there again!

I stayed at this hotel in Bentonville, Arkansas, with my family, and what a beautiful place! The location is excellent, and everything is easy to access. It's a very kid-friendly and pet-friendly hotel, which makes it a wonderful option for families. The breakfast was incredible, especially the make-your-own waffles! My kids absolutely loved them. The gym was great, and the check-in and check-out staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Both the room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and the price was excellent for everything the hotel offered. And did I mention the breakfast? Definitely the highlight! I highly recommend this place.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were good.

Room wasn't as clean as I would expect and the hotel had an over powering smell of disinfectant. Some of the rooms looked tired (I was on the 2nd floor for the first night) which was noisy due to the air con unit and rooms around us. However we moved to a first floor room which felt more modern. I never had a hot shower during my 3 night stay although my daughter did once.
