All but the bed it was uncomfortable

The bed was to hard

It was good -convenient.

The room was very nice. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. The only bad thing was the refrigerator didn’t work well. And the ceiling showed some danger ( could have been just the building settling.

the kitchen attendant was very cheerful and helpful and accommodating. the cleanliness of the room and the shower was wonderful.

We didn't eat breakfast there. The location was wonderful. It was exactly were we needed to be for my conference.

There was not anything I did not like. It was really good. We enjoyed our stay. We will return again in October for another conference.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The quality of the room. We had two incidences in each room that we stayed in. The first was an AC leak with the room feeling moist, which caused us to move spaces. The room that we moved into had a stench coming from the bathroom pipes.

It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel and the floor was full of cigar smoke, the hotel bath tub was full of rust and the pillow cases was dirty.

TThe location was good and the breakfast was great. The lady working the breakfast was super nice. She was kind and attentive to all the guest.

The tub had rust stains in it. We were in room 397 I think. It just looked dirty and gave a sense that the room was not clean.

1 st room that was assigned, found pubic hair and dirty sheets on the bed when the covers was removed, the hallway and room smelled like someone was smoking weed, went to the lobby and told the front desk, they stated that they would change my room, while waiting on the room they said they didn’t have any rooms, I asked if they can change the sheets and I’ll wait, as long as I can see someone changing the sheets I’ll keep the room, they reply that they didn’t have anyone to change the sheets, they then said they have a room and I was down graded to a queen size bed, I took the room because I had no choice and i didn’t know were else to go since I was new to the area. Once I got to the second room I checked the sheets and one of the beds had hair on the sheets too, I noticed that they left the changed sheets on the floor outside the room by the door and alls they changed was the top sheet that belongs to the cover and the towels, it’s unfortunate that hotels are doing this, they are not changing all the sheets and the top blanket never gets change and washed, I will never stay at an ihg again.
