Hotel was very modern, clean, and the room was excellent. The room itself, I'd give five stars. Nice bathroom, clean bed, big TV, comfy sofa. Staff were pleasant and polite.
Location isn't great for walking. Also the breakfast ran out of a lot of things pretty early.

The breakfast was ok. Better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The staff was very nice.
I would’ve loved if the toilet and shower area were combined. It was kind of annoying to walk back and forth but it isn’t a huge deal.

The sofa bed was covered in chocolate, when pulled our it hadn't been cleaned.

The staff was so friendly. The Breakfast was good alot of healthy options. The hotel was clean. Me and my spouse had a very comfortable stay.

This one is silly, but only 3 pillows on each bed, so my husband and I had to fight over who got two and who got 1 hahaha

We had bed bugs in our room we told the staff the quickly moved us to another room but it was a ran down room she said she was going to give us room points or a discount or something for the inconvenience but we didn’t receive anything.

Location was great...located close to downtown...Had major highways close by that are easy to access. Complimentary breakfast was good along with a nice, comfortable setting for eating. Clean and very up to date. Rooms had plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay!
Parking was a little confusing as most was behind the facility but not enough to render any negative toward the property.

They have a bar open in the evening, but no food options. it would have been nice if I could have grabbed something easy for dinner there.

The staff was amazing. Nightstand and Breakdast helper were exceptionally amazing
The rooms need more detailed cleaning and all linens should be washed prior to a new guest checking in. We found blood stains & bodily looking fluid substances and had to be moved upon checking in
