Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Enjoyed the room, free breakfast, pool and the staff was friendly. Hope to visist again!

Quiet and clean. Staff was above and beyond in quality service. Bathrooms on every floor so you don’t need to travel back to your room. Hot food selection for breakfast, all very fresh and well prepared. Both the dinning areas and restrooms kept spotless. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Refrigerator came in handy. Decor of the hotel was very pleasant and gave a very upscale vibe with good value for room fees. For 10.00 I was able to have my sister come and have breakfast with us before she left town. We don’t get to see each other often so this was great. The live band at Tiffany’s bistro the food and drinks as well were amazing!!There were 8 of us (7 at this hotel) and we were all able to enjoy some good refreshments and snacks for a great price!! Bar staff was friendly and quick to serve. Hot tub, game room and walking distance to restaurants and stores was nice also.

Coffee and tea. I need to be transparent here. I love coffee. Day and night. Weekend or not. My daughter was just getting over a cold. She wanted tea. This was the first ever Best Western property I have stayed at where it was not available 24/7. I mean if you ask the front desk they were more than happy to go get it got you and they did, I just felt as if I was bothering them asking. I do not like the room coffee makers. I don’t trust them. People are odd. The only other thing I did not like were the stairs. Too many going every which way and one elevator that only goes up a half floor but then I needed to transfer all of my belongings from one cart to another via stairs until the second cart was full then to my room. We were in town for a family wedding and I have bad knees and my husband has a bad hip this was very inconvenient had I known I would have requested 1st floor only for all 5 rooms.

it would have been nice to have a cafe that was open all day. Especially when it rains. But the staff made up for it by being very helpful

When turning on the ac it blows heat first and cannot lower the AC to 68. the lowest is 75 and im seating the whole night
