There was a feeling of being home when we walked in. Everyone was pleasent and welcoming. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for what we were doing

The food staff should have been more informed about the hotel being full for the tractor show so not to run out of essentials like milk.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

our first night the carpet in the room was wet by the air conditioner. They couldn’t give us another room for the night because they were full but switched our room for the next night. also the towels were very ruff and thin.

This is the most caring and kind hotel I stayed in. On the day I checked out, I mistakenly locked the car key in trunk. I rented it from Herz. I am Chinese and my English is not good. The front desk lady spent a lot of time helping me call Herz. As we all know, Herz's phone calls are difficult to get through, and she didn't tire of it and called for several hours. Later, the unlocking personnel sent by Herz were also unable to help me open the trunk of the car. She came to my car and tried to help me open it. Another man from the hotel, I suspect the boss, also tried to help me open it and called Toyota for help. I am so grateful to them. They are loved ones, and I will remember their help. I will still stay here next time I come to Champagne.

Close to Freeway. Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast

No grab bar in the shower and the tub floor was slippery. Bathroom light and fan were on the same switch and the fan was too noisy to leave the light on for a nightlight.

Property was very clean, and looked like it had recently been renovated. Bed was very comfortable. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was great. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
