The staff was excellent! Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The price was good, bed was clean and pretty comfortable.

The room could've been a lot cleaner overall. The floors, walls, fridge, and things like that didn't seem very kept up. It wasn't terrible but definitely lacking in that area. There was also a lot of construction or something happening. They started working very early, so it was hard to rest. They were only a few feet away with saws, hammers, and whatever else.

The staff was great! They were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The beds were pretty comfortable. The location was fantastic, we were close to everything.

The room was actually very dirty. As soon as we walked in there was a good sized roach. We were on high alert for the rest of the stay (we stayed because we had to, mostly. We'd already switched hotels prior). We ended up finding 3 more smaller roaches before we left. The panic was real. On top of that, there was hair in the floor, fridge was dirty, furniture surfaces were dirty, tub was dirty, curtains were dirty, walls were dirty, tv remote was broken, and the bed sheets/blankets were stained. We removed the bedding because we brought our own. I ended up cleaning the room the best I could. My kids were uncomfortable because they're not use to feeling nasty, and that's just the truth. To top it all off, there were guys working outside. They were basically in our doorway. Lots of loud tools like saws, hammers, and what not. They started working very early and made it even more difficult to rest. Overall, I was thankful we had a place to stay but was very disappointed in the cleanliness and noise.
