The property was in a good location close enough to Vanderbilt hospital but in a quiet area at night. Very clean and the employees went out of their way to give us connected rooms when they found out our situation was kids visiting parents with a sick little brother at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids
The indoor pool helped the kids get some of the energy out before bed.

Clean and close to Vanderbilt hospital. The pool was great indoor so will work for the kids when it’s cold outside to get the energy out. Staff was wonderful to work with.
Bed was a little hard but we made due and will be back

Great location and good value. Our first room was pretty nice, but it was across from the elevator, so we asked to be moved. The second room was a little bit dirty or otherwise unkempt. It smelled musty like an old bookstore. There was gum stuck to the thing that holds the cups and stuff.
The room we were moved to could have been a lot cleaner. A lot of little touches. Also, the clerk might be better suited for a job as a guard or something. That's his hospitality.
