Nice place, full of character. Staff where friendly, has a real New York movie vibe

Couldn’t find heating switch, could have done with a manual.

The staff was unbelievable, so courteous and helpful. Whenever I had a question about an address or the subway they always went above and beyond. I already knew that we were going to be close to many places but the staff is what I was most impressed with.

Great location within easy walking distance of Times Square and Theater district. Loved the apartment amenities, plenty of room for 3 adults to share. Sofabed was super comfortable, as were the beds.

No thermostat to lower heat from radiators, but easy open windows cooled the rooms off quickly.

Absolute perfect location, right in the heart of Times Square and around restaurants (Ichiran ramen was phenomenal, 10/10) and subway stations. Room was a great size for 4 people, and the fact that we got such a deal for a room with a living space and a kitchenette was crazy! They also let us store our luggage after checkout so we could wander around the city a little more, which was really cool. I can't ooze enough satisfaction with this place!!

Beds were pretty firm, and the pull out couch was a lil uncomfortable, but a bed is a bed, and we all slept like babies regardless
