Horrible place, our room was infested with a swarm of big black flies!! It took us like 30 mins to get rid of them, but somehow they keep appearing!!! The room smelled filthy and the smell of dog feces it was not only from outside, it was coming from the other rooms too!!! The barking from all the dogs it was very annoying, and the fact that most of the dogs we saw were pitbulls it was kind of scary!! Definitely not worth the money spent!!! This place is trash.

The location was great. Just about every place we went to was no more than 10 mins away.
Rooms were small but there was 2 beds in it. No microwave or fridge in room.

The price was very low.
The manager or owner or whomever she is has no customer service skills and is actually kind of rude. I stayed at this particular location for over a month with no issue and then she was the one working the front desk the last time I went in to renew my stay and she made it very difficult and I missed half of a day of work waiting on my new room to be available bc she made me switch rooms after being in the same room for 5 1/2 weeks.

The manager was rude. Saying that bring in things in the room when wasn't bringing in Heavy items when it was the wrong customers that wasn't bringing in furniture

rooms smelled musty and dirty, has to go buy Lysol to hide the smell

The location was great!
It didn’t have a blow dryer, microwave, iron, refrigerator or anything in the room. just a bed, tv , and bathroom. And the air barely worked.

We had crickets inside the room. There was a gap under the door where they came in. I had asked for extra pillows and I was told that they did not have extras.

Good location in the city
Microwave in the room. Room 128 had huge crack in the door looks like the door does not close right. Toilet will no flush and went to the office to notify someone and waited there for 30 mins and no one came to the desk
