Great price and location. Desk staff were excellent.
The television reception was poor on both my stays. Otherwise, a very clean and comfortable motel.

Comfortable and easy to get to from the inter.
I have no complaints.

Checking in early was a big plus. Bed was very comfortable and not to tall for my wife to go to and from wheelchair to bed. Having a roll-in shower was very good.
Dead bugs all over the room including bathroom. It was obvious the room had not been swept. Also the commode is a standard size ,not for a person in a wheelchair.

I liked the price. Not right next to freeway, so no problem sleeping. One softer pillow, one stiffer pillow really works for us so we can sit up and watch TV but sleep on thinner pillow. There is a Denny's restaurant within 2-3 miles. Given this hotel does not have extra revenue, (low prices) I could see some evidence of updates to hotel such as newer ac units and new stairs in a couple of places. They still have a ways to go with deferred maintenance.
I left a book there and have not been able to reach the hotel by phone despite calling at different times of day over a multi day period. They do not respond to phone calls. Very frustrating. I had borrowed the book from someone and I was unable to retrieve it because they don't respond. They say they are non-smoking, but our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Exterior of windows were not clean. Our room had a broken window.
