Location! Great for walking to both the lake and second city if you’re into that. We had a recently renovated room and it is small but very clean and functional.
It would be great if the hotel provided two luggage racks for the room

There was minor damage to the blinds in first room we were in. Without hesitation, the hotel upgraded our room to a suite. We had the new room in less than 10 minutes.
The first room was less than spectacular in its cleanliness, but the second room was perfect.

Hotel Lincoln has a wonderful vibe to it. Outstanding roof top bar with views of a park, Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago skyscrapers. On the first floor is a restaurant with tasty offerings and large windows perfect for people watching. Located near Old Town Market. A great place to walk around and take in the lovely brownstones. Highly recommend!
